Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Babysitting Angels Inc. 

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

At Babysitting Angels Inc., we understand that plans may change, and flexibility is important. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring the smooth operation of our services. By engaging with our agency, you agree to the terms outlined below

1. Cancellation Period:

On- Call

Clients may cancel a booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled service without incurring any charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost. 

Event Childcare

Clients may cancel event childcare services up to 14 days before the scheduled event without incurring any charges.

Cancellations made within 7 days but at least 24 hours before the scheduled event will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total contract amount.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled event will result in the full contracted amount being due.

2. Emergency Situations:

In case of unexpected emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we understand that cancellations may be unavoidable. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.  Please DO NOT EMAIL.  

3. Rescheduling:

We encourage clients to reschedule rather than cancel whenever possible. If you need to change the date or time of your booking, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will work with you to find a suitable alternative.

4. No-Show Policy:

If a client fails to cancel or reschedule a booking and the caregiver arrives at the designated location, the client will be charged the full service fee.

5. Refunds:

Refunds for cancellations made within the stipulated cancellation period will be processed promptly. Refunds for cancellations outside this period will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 days.

Cancellation requests will only be accepted via phone. Email cancellations will not be considered valid.
